Crafted conversational messages that resonated with teens (based on findings from user research)
Launched a social media campaign and digital assets on World Hearing day and used innovating communication channels to get the messages out
Impact
Campaign reached 2.4 million people in more than 100 cities in just over 2 weeks
The infographic was displayed in Times Square around the Macy’s Day Parade and New Years reaching millions more
